You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the jayajp platform. Employees of jayajp and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts.
Each individual may hold only one jayajp account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. KYC identity verification using your Indonesian ID (KTP) is required.
All transactions on jayajp are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are supported. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. jayajp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
jayajp enforces strict responsible gaming standards. Self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session time limits are available to all members at no cost. Underage gambling (under 21) is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jayajp holds its international gaming license. By accepting these terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts for any dispute resolution.

By accessing the jayajp Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by jayajp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to:
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jayajp. We strongly recommend that you save or print a copy for your personal records.
To register an Account and use the jayajp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:
Age Verification: jayajp conducts mandatory age verification on all Accounts. If we have reason to believe that a Member is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation. If underage gambling is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and any winnings will be forfeited in full.
To register an Account on the jayajp Platform, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), your date of birth, your email address, your Indonesian mobile telephone number, your preferred username, and a secure password.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, current, and complete. You are obliged to update your Account information promptly if any information changes. jayajp accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Member.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the jayajp Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where jayajp identifies duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and all Balances may be forfeited at jayajp's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jayajp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify jayajp immediately at the contact address in Clause 17 if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jayajp customer support. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following the completion of all outstanding KYC verification requirements and subject to any applicable withdrawal processing times as set out in Clause 7.
jayajp is required to conduct identity verification procedures on all Members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when your Account activity triggers an enhanced due-diligence review.
KYC verification typically requires the following documents, submitted as clear, legible digital copies:
jayajp reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity on any Account that fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request. Accounts that persistently fail to meet KYC requirements may be permanently closed, with real-money Balances returned to the Member's verified payment method where legally permissible.
Data Security: All KYC documents submitted to jayajp are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored using industry-standard encryption. Documents are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes and are never sold to third parties.
jayajp accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of transaction. Members are advised to check the applicable limits before initiating a deposit.
The majority of deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing schedules of the respective Indonesian bank and are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes during WIB banking hours. jayajp is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jayajp strictly prohibits deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts held by family members, friends, or any other third party. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, the associated wagers will be voided, and the Member's Account may be suspended pending investigation.
All Accounts on the jayajp Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jayajp does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of a non-IDR payment instrument are borne solely by the Member.
Withdrawals of real-money funds are available to all Members who have: (a) completed the required level of KYC verification; (b) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) not breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used by the Member to make the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. jayajp reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as determined by our internal AML compliance procedures.
jayajp endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. VIP Members may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as determined by the jayajp VIP Programme terms.
jayajp does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, Members should be aware that their bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer or receiving fees, for which jayajp accepts no responsibility.
jayajp offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting calendars such as BRI Liga 1, the EPL, and the FIFA World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:
jayajp takes bonus integrity seriously. Any Member found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting patterns with other Members, exploitation of software errors, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion — will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently suspended.
jayajp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already claimed it, jayajp will honour the terms applicable at the time of the claim, subject to any overriding legal or regulatory requirements.

All sports wagers placed on the jayajp Platform are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the relevant betting markets. jayajp covers a comprehensive range of markets including but not limited to: BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Asian Handicap (voor bola — a format popular among Indonesian bettors in which a goal start is given to the underdog to level the field), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator), and over/under totals. Additional market-specific rules apply to each bet type.
In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. jayajp reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during periods of high event volatility, technical disruption, or suspected match irregularities.
Wagers on togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — including Togel SGP (Singapore), Togel HK (Hongkong), and Togel SDY (Sydney) — are governed by the official draw results published by the respective lottery operators. jayajp accepts no responsibility for discrepancies between unofficial sources and official draw results. Official results are final and binding.
Where sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting, streamed as a live betting event) is offered, wagers on outcomes designated Meron (the favored side, typically wearing red) or Wala (the underdog, typically wearing blue) are settled in accordance with the result declared by the officiating arena at the conclusion of the bout. Draw outcomes and cancelled bouts are handled in accordance with product-specific rules published on the relevant market page.
jayajp reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the event to which the bet relates has been cancelled and not replayed within a specified period; (b) the bet was placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a technical or human error; or (c) there is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations affecting the event. Voided bets are refunded at stake to the Member's Account Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jayajp Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jayajp.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jayajp expressly excludes all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jayajp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any form of liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law.
In any event, jayajp's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jayajp collects, processes, and stores personal data about Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jayajp employs industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect Member data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction.
jayajp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify Members of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Member's Account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where the change is required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account and cease all use of the Platform before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jayajp holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and jayajp, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of a written complaint being submitted to jayajp, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures established by jayajp's licensing authority.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the governing jurisdiction identified above, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
